fix: Mirror navigation back arrow icon in RTL mode on UserNotFoundCard #245

In src/features/developer/components/user-not-found.tsx, the 'Back to Home' button renders <ArrowLeft /> without the RTL directional mirroring class (rtl:-scale-x-100).

Motivation

In Arabic (RTL) mode, back buttons must point to the right rather than left to adhere to correct internationalization standards.

Tasks

• Add rtl:-scale-x-100 to the ArrowLeft icon class list in UserNotFoundCard.
• Toggle Arabic language in the UI and verify the arrow points in the correct direction.
• Check other back navigation buttons to ensure consistent RTL support.
