Support SQLite’s
INDEXED BY index_nameandNOT INDEXEDclauses inSELECT,UPDATEandDELETE, includingSELECT * FROM t AS x INDEXED BY i. These clauses impose index-selection requirements, withINDEXED BYrequiring the named index to be usable. See https://www.sqlite.org/lang_indexedby.htmlSQLite enables parsing through
Dialect::supports_indexed_by().TableFactor::Table::index_directivesholds aVec<TableIndexDirective>covering MySQL’s index hints and SQLite’s index-selection requirements. This is a breaking API change for consumers ofindex_hints, and MySQL hints are wrapped inTableIndexDirective::MySql(TableIndexHints { .. }).
