x: X Chat image send via MCP, pin chatxdk<0.6, reinstall note (2.8.0)

Updates the x-api-mcp-guide skill to match xdevplatform/xchat-grokbot-helper#9:

• Adds a 'Send an image' section: encrypt-media, then chat_media_upload_initialize and append, then session-encrypt with media, then finalize with message_id, then send_chat_message.
• Adds the upload tools to the MCP tools table.
• Pins chatxdk<0.6.
• Notes that newly added connector tools only show up after a plugin reinstall.
• Bumps the plugin to 2.8.0 with a changelog entry.

Tested end to end with a live image send in X Chat. node scripts/validate-plugins.mjs passes.

Overview
X plugin 2.8.0 documents how agents send images in X Chat and tightens local helper setup.

The x-api-mcp-guide skill adds a Send an image flow: local encrypt-media, MCP chat_media_upload_initialize / _append / _finalize (colon conversation id, media.write), session-encrypt with media, then send_chat_message (hyphen id). It documents the upload tools in the MCP table, the encrypt-media helper example, and limits (8 MiB per MCP call, one part per append).

Helper install now always runs pip install with chatxdk<0.6 so existing venvs stay on 0.5.x (0.6 breaks encrypt-media / decrypt-media streams). A new troubleshooting note says new connector tools only appear after reinstalling the X plugin, not after an MCP restart.

plugin.json and CHANGELOG are bumped to 2.8.0.
