Document the three roles reported by CanisterInvalidController (dfinity/ic#11842), add the invalid-controller-subnet-admin section the replica's error help links to, and remove the CanisterSnapshotNotController error, which no longer exists.

Notes thatCanister's controllerslists the controllers of the canister named in the message.#invalid-controller-subnet-admin, which did not exist. Lists the methods that return it (start_canister,stop_canister,delete_canister,uninstall_code,canister_metrics).CanisterSnapshotNotControllerwithCanisterInvalidController.Draft until dfinity/ic#11842 has rolled out to all subnets: until then, mainnet replicas still return the removed snapshot error.
