本 PR 完善 Memory CLI 的管理、检索与异步写入能力，新增个人记忆 Skill 和 dsh 个人记忆插件，并准备 2.5.0 整体发布。
七个包统一升级至 2.5.0，中英文 CHANGELOG 已补充功能说明、破坏性变更和迁移方式，Skill 元数据已同步。
主要改动
bailian-memorySkill，支持经用户授权的个人记忆、召回与画像流程。破坏性变更与迁移
bl knowledge retrieve/kscli retrievebl knowledge search/kscli search，并传入检索服务的--agent-id；旧 index 参数不能直接沿用--workspace-id、BAILIAN_WORKSPACE_ID或workspace_id--memory-library-id改为--library-idmemory update/memory delete移除--user-id--yesmemory add改为异步抽取，默认最多等待 120 秒--wait 0；JSON 调用方需适配event_id和events，提交回执不代表抽取完成knowledgeRetrieve导出；MemoryAddResponse替换为MemoryAddAsyncResponse--min-score默认值为0.3，仅对 pro 检索生效；lite 不按该阈值过滤。验证
