Use spatialmath.base.set_window_title once released (SMTB #263), remove the local copies #147

Spatial Math PR rai-opensource/spatialmath-python#263 adds spatialmath.base.set_window_title(fig, title), which sets a figure's window title if it has a window and returns False if not.

MVTB has its own copies:

• base/imageio.py: set_window_title(title) on plt.gcf() with a bare except:
• direct canvas.manager.set_window_title(...) in VisualServo.py (two places), Camera.py and ImageProcessing.py

Replace them with the SMTB function once the minimum Spatial Math version has it, and remove the local helper.

Review by 2026-10-28: check whether #263 is merged and released.
