DetoursLib section, IDE Building chapter, intrinsic data type pages, ide_js, and 17 defects queued

Adds the DetoursLib section, the IDE Building chapter and a page per intrinsic data type, and queues 17 twinBASIC defects found along the way.

• DetoursLib 1.0.0.0: new Contributed section (Detours and DetoursMod, seven pages) with a 19-case test project (win32 and win64), a sample template, its snapshot and a book chapter.
• IDE Building: seven pages under /tB/IDE/Building/ (Package Publishing absorbed, its old URL redirected), 14 SHOT markers, callouts for the nine queued defects below, and contradictions fixed on Project Settings, Toolbar, LLVM, Fusion, tbIDE Project and Creating a TWINPACK package.
• Data types: a page for each intrinsic type (Long as the model, Date at /tB/Core/Date-Type), linked from a section per type on the summary page. The sections are indexed as kind type for the help add-in: F1 on As String opens the type, on String( the function. New NOTE on As Any; DefLngPtr and CLngPtr named right on New Data Types; page baseline 1502.
• IDE pictures: the last three on BETA 1010 (Designer_Zoom50, Preview_Window, Export_Console). shoot_docs opens a native menu with postWindowMessage (tb-launch.ps1's post mode).
• Defects queued (17; BETA 1010 and 1007 unless noted): each has a reproducer and a callout on the page it affects.
  • Nine Build, Clean, ActiveX and Package Publishing defects, reproduced by the building, building-hklm and building-llvm-box ide-test lanes.
  • Five data type defects: Date out of range, CLngLng of 2^63, Set's error number, Len/LenB of an array, 64-bit infinity text.
  • Export Verbose shows \ for every backslash in its DONE lines (the cause of Text that continues a Debug.Print line is escaped twice in the DEBUG CONSOLE twinbasic#2444).
  • Dim x As Any compiles, for locals, Static, module and class fields; VB6 refuses.
  • In a 32-bit build a constant Double expression raises error 6 after a constant that overflows a Long or LongLong (BETA 1010 only; likely the same cause as In an IDE run, the first conversion of a Single or Double to an integer raises error 6 when the code also converts a constant out of the Long range twinbasic#2497).
• Tools:
  • ide_js reads, names and patches the IDE's minified main.js: a name map that carries across builds, and a fix spliced into a copy of the install, which gives an IDE entry its Fix shape (export-verbose-done-escaped gets one). Its tests run in test.bat and CI; eslint-scope and prettier added.
  • tbbuild and tbrun: the default build path opens no Save dialog, and the staged copy's build path is pinned so the tool knows where the built file is.
  • tbdocs strips HTML comments from rendered pages.
  • harness.json: every limit but compilerRunQuiet is 10 s; package tests keep their own 60 s.
